The Cartoonist Bar/Restaurant - 76 Shoe Lane, EC4
A short walk from Blackfriars station and Ludgate Circus, this entirely unspectacular pub is tucked away down a side road which you could easily miss and we'd be slow to suggest that would be a bad thing. But the connection, again via The Cloud is good, reaches the tables on the pavement outside and will at least give you an array of online content to distract you from the concrete mess into which this cosy little cavern of a boozer is set.
