A photo guide to London's wi-fi pubs

A useful resource if ever we saw one...

Corney and Barrow - The Royal Exchange, EC3

Off Cornhill and around the back of the Royal Exchange, this City bar holds few surprises. City workers paying over the odds for drinks from fairly slick and professional bar staff.

However, the major bonus here is the free wi-fi offered by the Corney and Barrow chain. It's excellent and while the bars may not be to everybody's taste it is as good as you'll find from any pay-to-use provider.

On a sunny day the pavement café atmosphere makes it a little more appealing, otherwise it's inside to jostle for space downstairs, or there is seating upstairs, which is also covered by the BT Openzone signal from next door. (map)

We are looking to grow this list into a more comprehensive resource and we welcome your feedback. If you know of a great pub with a good wi-fi connection, drop us an email at editorial@silicon.com.
