Heathrow airport's new Terminal 5 endured a nightmare opening at the end of March but British Airways' flagship terminal is now getting on track following the transfer of the airline's long haul operations to the terminal this month.
Glenn Morgan, head of BA's T5 information management programme, gave silicon.com a tour of the building before it opened, showcasing the technology that has the potential to help T5 relieve the pressures facing Heathrow.
