
Internet phone company Skype suffered "unprecedented" problems preventing millions of people from logging in and making calls due to an unexpected interaction between its servers and users' PCs. Skype said the outage occured after a security upgrade by Microsoft which forced subscribers' computers to restart, the BBC reports.
