
The Indian high tech industry is at greatest risk from a rise in so-called 'lifestyle' diseases, according to a report in The Guardian. For many IT workers, the country's economic boom has led to "long working hours, night shifts and a sedentary lifestyle" - making them "prone to heart disease and diabetes".
