London gets pollution charge

The Congestion Charge has turned its attention to the environment in attempts to reduce the amount of carbon dioxide the capital produces, Kablenet.com reports. Cars which churn out high CO2 emissions will have to pay a higher premium to enter the city, whereas those with the lowest emissions will get the fee waived.
