The converged IT and comms infrastructures will be installed at Bristol's Cabot Circus and Leicester's £350m Highcross Quarter shopping spots. The contracts are due to be completed prior to September 2008, when the retail developments are scheduled to open in both city centres.
The contracts have an initial value of £1.8m for Bristol and £1.6m for the Leicester retail, residential, restaurant and leisure development.
In both cases Redstone will be working as a subcontractor to building company Sir Robert McAlpine, which is the main contractor for the projects.
