silicon.com recently went along to Heathrow's brand new Terminal 5 (T5), billed as the most technologically advanced terminal in the world. When it opens on 27 March, T5 will be the new home to British Airways (BA).
Glenn Morgan, the head of BA's T5 information management programme, gave silicon.com a behind the scenes tour, lifting the lid on BA's Heathrow operations.
