Heathrow's Terminal 5 (T5) has been built around its impressive baggage system which is billed as one of the most advanced and (hopefully) reliable in the world.

Glenn Morgan, head of the T5 information management programme for British Airways, brings silicon.com down to runway level to see exactly how technology makes sure your bag gets on the plane with you.
