Amazon.co.uk has put Jamie Oliver's new cookbook as the top of the pops in its forecast for this year's festive big sellers in the UK.

The 'pukka tukka' chef is heading up Amazon.co.uk's predicted top 10 Christmas present list, which is based on searches, pre-sales and trends on the website.

The list also includes a wi-fi phone from Skype, an Apple iPod, the Nintendo Wii cosole and an edition of Microsoft Office, suggesting a high-tech Christmas is on the cards for some households.

Doctor Who toys are also expected to be a popular present choice, with the Electronic Tardis Playset and cyberman voice changer helmet high on Amazon.co.uk's list of top gift predictions for kids.
