NEWS Michael Dell, chief executive at Dell, has criticised the enterprise storage industry for over-charging IT buyers. He said Dell's own range of Raid products will be priced more realistically. The units are scheduled to be released in September, and will be based on Data General's Clariion fibre channel Raid technology. Prices will start from £12,000 per system, based on 1TB storage.
