In brief: Toshiba offers PC memory boost

NEWS Toshiba is trying to regain its place at the top of the memory market with the release of a 128-megabit Synchronous Dynamic RAM (SDRAM) product. The memory is aimed at PC manufacturers as it meets their latest system requirements, Toshiba claims.
