NEWS Fujitsu and Data General (DG) have struck a deal which will see the Japanese hardware giant bundle DG's Clariion fibre channel storage products with its high-end servers. The companies hope this will help European businesses which are aiming to deploy storage area networks. Tony Reilly, European head of server marketing, Fujitsu, said in a statement: "We are very aware that storage is a central element of high-end server-based solutions, and we want to ensure that our customers are getting best of breed in that respect."
