NEWS Dell is not interested in supplying personal digital assistants (PDAs) like its rivals according to founder and CEO, Michael Dell. Speaking at Gartner Group's Symposium ITExpo 99 conference in the US, Dell believes that PDAs will not be a major revenue provider. He also took a swipe at vendors offering cash rebates to PC customers who sign for extended Internet services. He believes the Dell direct model is still by far the best way to sell computers.
