NEWS Following the introduction of Intel's Pentium III processor, PC vendors are releasing enhanced notebooks taking advantage of the latest chipset. Compaq, Fujitsu, Hewlett-Packard (HP) and IBM have all upgraded their notebooks to include the latest Intel processor. Fujitsu will roll-out the chips in its LifeBook family of computers, while IBM is enhancing its ThinkPad 600X and 390X, to be released this week. HP's OmniBook 900 and 1450 is targeting the medium to large size business sector while Compaq is enhancing its Armada E700 and M700 range.
