NEWS The e-vehicle service contract (eVSC) website will be used by dealers, distributors, auto associations and insurance companies to sell contracts or breakdown insurance in the US and Canada. Mark Kissick, e-commerce vice president at UUG, said: "We are extremely pleased with the work that Razorfish have done." The new site is the first phase of an operation to move UUG's vehicle service applications from a legacy mainframe system to the web. It has already eliminated a significant number of manual processes and has its own rating engine, speeding up the time taken for quotes.
