IBM targets French SMEs with Linux suite

IBM France is to boost its open source software offerings for French SMEs with the launch of its Small Business Suite for Linux at the end of this year.

NEWS The Small Business Suite provides users with Lotus Domino, Webshpere Application server and the DB2 universal database to enable companies to develop web services and applications on the open source platform. The software is already available in the US, but IBM claims French companies will be able to take advantage of the software from the end of the year.
