NEWS Intel has revealed details of its Pentium 4 for Dram systems set to hit the streets in the second half of the year. The chip company demonstrated the 845 chipset at Computex Taipei claiming it will reach speeds of 133MHz. While this is slower than the Rambus-based chipset it is cheaper and compatible with DDR Dram memory. However, officials claimed support for DDR will not be available until the first quarter of next year.
