NEWS Tiny Computers is moving its manufacturing plant from the Far East to Scotland, creating more than 150 jobs. Andrew Walwyn, managing director of Tiny, said in a statement: "Having all aspects of the business located in the UK means we will be able to improve on the high standards we set ourselves." After a short trial, the first PC will come off the production line at the end of August. Tiny can now boast to be the largest and longest-established PC manufacturer in the UK, supplying the UK market with a PC built solely in Britain. The plant will be located in Prestwick, Ayrshire.
