Apple in the dock for stock manipulation

Where there's a cover-up there's a price to pay...

NEWS Apple Computer stands accused of manipulating share prices by covering up defective G4 cube products. The cube suffered production difficulties, which were not revealed until after Apple executives had sold their personal shares, the case alleges. The case is on behalf of Hawaii Structural Iron Workers pension trust fund who bought the shares.
