NEWS Autonomy has won a contract with Consignia - once known as Royal Mail - to automate content on its website. Autonomy's software - which works by classifying content via theme, not keyword - will be used to aggregate, categorise and deliver information on Consignia's new transactional web-site. Consignia said the deal will save it money because it will negate the need to employ people to manually organise and link content.
