Don't expect much change from £10,000...

NEWS Dell will offer corporates a preconfigured laptop package with always-on wireless internet access for businesses with large mobile workforces. The TrueMobile GPRS package includes a notebook with ready-installed GPRS PC card, complete with BT Cellnet SIM, which will allow users to access the internet and corporate networks using BT Cellnet's GPRS technology. The complete package involves setting up a leased line from the corporate premises to BT Cellnet's network, which bumps the price up to around £8,000, with each PC card costing £250.
The package launches in the UK in March, and will be rolled out to the rest of Europe later in the year.
