NEWS Bill Gates is celebrating the arrival of his third child, which was born at the weekend. Gates' wife Melinda gave birth to the baby, who has been named Phoebe Adelle, at Overlake Hospital Medical Center in Bellevue. For those of you who care about these sort of things, baby Phoebe weighed in at 9lb 13oz. The birth of Phoebe Gates (Phoebe Cates should consult her lawyers) comes at a bad time for father Bill. Last week $11bn was wiped off his personal fortune - leaving him clinging onto the title of world's richest man with just $43bn. Now he's got another mouth to feed he may find that kind of money doesn't stretch as far as you'd think.
