Ha ha ha ha ha! Not a hope Bill. It looks like a light switch with a picture frame. And those colours - chosen by a commity of over 50's?

So you can now navigate with a touch pad ... before pressing the buttons above it. What an improvement, the iPod Touch's buttonless approach clearly not worth adopting, even it does allow you to have a bigger screen!

And they've revamped the site, but presumably won't allow you to buy songs with actual money yet, so you will always have extra 'microsoft points' left over after a purchase.

And it's got something the iPod hasn't; an FM tuner! What, no AM tuner? Who on earth wants this?

And they didn't mention, does the display automatically rotate with the device, or do you have to navigate to a configuration menu with that pad and select portrait or landscape?

At least it looks are an improvement on the previous model, but that really doesn't say much. It's the competition they need to beat, not themselves. (Well actually they could do with beating themselves until they come up with a better design :-)
