In brief: Intergraph and Intel set for Valentine's Day showdown

NEWS A trial date has been set for Intergraph's antitrust suit against Intel. The company is suing Intel for anti-competitive behaviour, patent infringement and antitrust violations. Intergraph claims it did not receive information about future Intel chips even though it was entitled to. The two companies have until 14 February 2000 to settle their differences out of court.
