NEWS The Oxford English Dictionary (OED) is enticing educational institutions to subscribe to its online dictionary launched this month. All twenty volumes of the OED second edition are now live, and cross-referenced. It has taken since 1928 to revise the original version. But OED Online promises quarterly additions and revisions. Pricing starts at £350 per year, but the OED promises discounts for schools and colleges.
