Vodafone buys into China Mobile

Vodafone Group is buying a three per cent share in China Mobile (Hong Kong) for $2.5bn as part of an alliance between the two companies.

NEWS They will co-operate together in marketing and technology. China Mobile is in the process of buying its network from parent company, China Mobile Communications, according to Reuters reports.
