Europe passes standard roaming charges

NEWS Big businesses will benefit through greater transparency from telco operators, as all member states will now have an organised licensing structure and consistency with costs through one regulatory framework. Previously member states were at loggerheads but today agreed that national regulatory authorities (NRA's) will ensure operators provide interconnection with reasonable demands for access on transparent, fair reasonable and non-discriminatory terms.
