NEWS From the beginning of May the minimum cost of a pre-pay package will be £69.99. The move is not unexpected and brings BT into line with other major operators who have already announced their price increases. BT Cellnet has added 918,000 new customers in the quarter just ended while BT Wireless saw a 4.2m increase in its user base. However, around 2m of these come from its increased stake in Viag Telekom.
