NEWS This is according to reports on newswires, including Taiwanese website CTech. The chip is also now expected to ship earlier than previously thought - the Register suggests 23 April. CTech reports the price cut will see the chip fall from $637 to $352 because of low demand. Intel has suffered from falling demand for its chips due in turn to a reduced demand for the PCs that they power. Intel's share price is currently under a third of its all-time high of almost $75 achieved last autumn.
