NEWS Handspring is to announce the release of two handhelds, one of which (the Visor Pro) will be the first Palm operating system device to feature16MB of built-in memory. The Visor Pro will come with double the memory of most current Palm OS handhelds. The Visor Neo is the name of the revamped 8MB Visor Platinum. Both products will feature grayscale screens and use the same design as the Handspring's Visor Deluxe and Platinum. The Visor Pro will cost $299, whereas the Visor Neo will cost only $199. Although the Platinum will fade-out fairly quickly, Handspring plans to keep selling the $169 Deluxe, at least through the Christmas period.
