The search is on for the fastest thumbs in the UK, as wireless portal Iobox launches a competition to find the quickest txtr in Britain.
Competitors will be given a 160-character message to send to judges' phones.
An Iobox spokeswoman told Ananova that her colleagues are all text addicts and couldn't believe there is no world record for the fastest sender - hence the plan to launch an official search for a British 'speedtext' king or queen.
