Anite looks for Latvian buy-out

It's quite cold there at this time of year though I'd imagine...

NEWS Anite is looking to cut its overheads by buying into a Latvian IT company and focusing a large proportion of its future research and development work to the Baltic state. The company refused to name its potential targets, but claims buying a Latvian firm would significantly strengthen its position, both financially and strategically. According to reports in the Financial Times, Latvia is a hotbed of technology talent ripe for acquisition.
