Handspring wins the right to wireless

NEWS Handspring is to ink a deal today with wireless service provider Infowave to provide corporate customers with mobile access to company systems. Under the terms of the deal, Infowave will provide corporate users with wireless access to company data, such as email and CRM systems, using Handspring devices. Handspring, which has traditionally been seen as a consumer brand, has signed a series of similar deals in the past month as part of its shift into the corporate market.
