Vodafone network has a rough night

NEWS UK mobile phone operator Vodafone has admitted that technical problems saw users in the North-West of England left without network coverage last night. Vodafone could not confirm the number of users affected but claimed it was only a "small minority" of its total subscribers, and the problem was rectified during the night. The company offered its apologies to any affected customers and blamed the outage on a faulty switch.
