NEWS Nestlé and Danone are to merge their European e-marketplace with US consumer goods exchange Transora. CPGMarket.com - founded by Nestlé, Danone and German food company Henkel - will resell Transora's product suite and catalogue content, while Transora will sell CPG's sourcing product.
