Orange speeds up the sales process

Portal for retailers gets customers hooked up faster...

NEWS Orange is set to launch a portal for mobile phone retailers to speed up the activation process for new subscribers to its service. The company is developing the portal for its UK channel using software from Netonomy with the hope of reducing customer acquisition and transfer costs and improving the efficiency of the sales process. The self-service site will go live later in the year.
