NEWS Welsh actress Catherine Zeta-Jones has been named as the new face of T-Mobile, the division of Deutsche Telekom which operates mobile phone networks in several countries. Her debut will see her star in US ads when subsidiary VoiceStream gets rebranded. Earlier this year the UK's One2One also took the T-Mobile name, falling in to line with networks in Germany, Austria and the Czech Republic in the group. Terms of the deal with Mrs Michael Douglas have not been disclosed. She is set to replace Jamie Lee Curtis, though there is no word on the future of UK TV adverts featuring tennis stars Andre Agassi and Steffi Graff, seen getting very excited over what seems to be a pushed WAP page. Analysts are still speculating on when T-Mobile will seek to float on world exchanges, having delayed an IPO for over a year because of market conditions.
