NEWS US electrical retail giant Circuit City is to stop selling VHS video tapes as DVDs become ever more popular. Circuit City is planning to phase out the sales of VHS movies in its 622 stores across the US according to US news sites. The company is yet to unveil the exact timeline of its plans but it looks likely to take place sometime this year. The superstore will carry on selling blank VHS tapes.
