NEWS After a successful pilot, silicon.com is joining forces again with respected pollsters NOP to launch the UK's first IT Confidence Barometer - and we need your input. The survey - which takes about seven minutes to complete - quizzes you about intended IT spend in the coming months and years. We want to know whether spend will increase, decrease or remain the same. But don't worry, your personal and company details will be treated in the strictest confidence.
