NEWS Mobile phone firm Orange is promising to restore full service to it customers across the country who have suffered a service outage this morning. Since 09:00(BST) this morning some customers have been unable to use their phones. However, Orange says that by 14:00(BST) this afternoon full coverage will be restored. The company claims that "less than five per cent of customers were affected".
