NEWS PalmSource announced on Wednesday that QTech will license its Palm operating system for handheld computers.
QTech, an Indian developer of mobile devices, will work with mobile operators to make Palm OS-based smart phones and mobile devices available in Indian and Latin American markets.
The devices will be targeted at large business, government and high-end consumer markets, Sunnyvale, California-based PalmSource said.
