Nokia is suing two Chinese handset makers which it alleges are making copycat devices.
Nokia filed the suit against two Shenzen-based companies, Shenzhen Telsda Mobile Communication Industry Developing Company and Song Xun Da Zhong Ke Electronic Company, claiming both had ripped off the design of its 7260 mobile phone. Nokia is also suing distributors.
The Finnish phone maker has requested the court blocks manufacture of the disputed phones, and is also seeking monetary damages.
Nokia isn't the only company to fall foul of alleged fakers in recent weeks. Motorola shut down production of a Korean copycat Razr in May.
