At Macworld 2007 in San Francisco, Apple CEO Steve Jobs unveils the new Apple phone. The mobile device has built-in features such as music and video playback, plus wi-fi, Bluetooth and a digital camera. The 4GB version is priced at $499 with a two-year contract; the 8GB version costs $599.

    Where's the hardware button fall back?

    You can't have a phone that's purely touchscreen, what happens when the software crashes/glitches and you need to tap in a number?

    Or should apple just 'hang up' - unless they've settled the trademark infringment issue with Cisco then I see a whole lot of lawyers making a whole lot of money over this one.
