NEWS Prince Andrew led calls this week for Web designers to pay more attention to the needs of visually and hearing-impaired users. In a speech at the World Wide Web Consortium Accessibility Initiative, he said: "The Web has the potential to unlock access for disabled people, but there is a danger of new barriers because of the Web's success."
