NEWS PSINet plans to offer phone services for business customers over its IP network. The company claims its voice service, called PSIVoiceSM, is equal in performance to traditional PSTN lines, and will cost customers half the price of a normal call when used in conjunction with its existing Intranet and fax-over-IP offerings. The PSIVoiceSM range of services will be offered to PSINet's 39,000 corporate customer base.
