NEWS BBC Radio's move from Langham Place to new studios in White City has been hit by so many technical problems that senior staff are threatening to strike unless they are sorted out. News operations have been moving to White City since June, but according to sources close to the situation, the organisation's technical problems continue. The problems are reported to revolve around software in the BBC's new systems. On several occasions, programmes have rewound and replayed, or dropped off the air altogether. Staff are also said to be unhappy because of the difficulties of getting interviewees out to the new studio, which is considerably further from central London than the old Langham Place building. The BBC was unable to comment at the time of publishing.
