NEWS Nortel Networks yesterday claimed to be the first company to be able to offer data upgrades to networks without the need to scrap existing systems. Known as the Succession Network, the data networking and telecoms company has already launched trials and says the product will be available in the fourth quarter. The product is designed to help companies use data for ecommerce on existing networks.
