Spanish telco to be privatised

NEWS The Spanish government is selling off its stake in Indra Sistemas for an estimated £490m. The company supplies systems for a variety of defence, telecoms and public bodies. Its major export market is Latin America. The government will sell all of its 66 per cent stake in the company, with 43 per cent going to private investors.
