Coral bets on Alphameric

NEWS The UK's third largest bookmaker, Coral Racing, has commissioned a £10m automated betting system from IT group Alphameric. The electronic bet capture system will coordinate customer betting slips while working to reduce the level of fraudulent claims. Alphameric will develop and rollout the system across 800 betting offices across the UK. Coral Racing has always been ahead in terms of technology, according to Alphameric, and will set an example to other companies in the bookmaking industry with this system.
